A credit card is required to book your appointment but will not be charged till the time of service

Book out at least 2-3 appointments in advance

We do not offer any artificial nail services (acrylic, dip, hard gel etc.)

You will receive a reminders and notifications if you have an appointment.

Opt for a SILENT APPOINTMENT by saying so in the note when you book
cancellation policy
A credit card will be required at the time of booking an appointment.
Please reschedule or cancel at least 12 hours before your appointment or your card may be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the service booked.

e-mails/texts sent to you, or call/text Kim at (630) 405-3707.
If I do not hear from you 10-15 minutes into your scheduled appointment time it is considered a NO-SHOW and your card can be charged 100% of the missed service.
PLEASE DON'T BE LATE.
If you are 10-15 minutes late for your appointment, your service may be cut short or rescheduled if it cannot be completed in time.
